New third kit pays tribute to the 1993–94 double-winning side.
Manchester United have revealed their third kit for the upcoming season, inspired by the iconic away strip worn from 1993 to 1995. The design celebrates the legendary 1993–94 team that won both the Premier League and FA Cup under Sir Alex Ferguson.
The shirt features a black base with bright yellow trim and subtle blue touches, bringing back the adidas Trefoil logo for a second year. A tonal devil motif is woven into the fabric, while the crest is set in a shield-shaped frame for a classic look.
That season remains one of United’s most memorable. With stars like Eric Cantona, Roy Keane, and Ryan Giggs, the team dominated English football, only missing out on a domestic treble after a League Cup final loss to Aston Villa.
With the kit now released, United’s full matchday wardrobe for the season is complete. Attention turns to the pitch, where new manager Ruben Amorim has been backed heavily in the transfer market.
The club has spent over £200 million to sign Matheus Cunha, Bryan Mbeumo, and Benjamin Šeško. Brighton’s Carlos Baleba is also a top target, though further signings could depend on player sales.
Alejandro Garnacho, Antony, and Jadon Sancho are available for transfer, while Rasmus Højlund’s future looks uncertain following Šeško’s arrival. The reshuffle reflects United’s determination to reclaim their place among the Premier League’s elite — with a kit that symbolically ties them to one of their greatest eras.
