Johannesburg-based activist Moreboys Munetsi is providing comfort to the family of Emmanuel Mahamba, A Zimbabwean man whose ghastly end has shocked South Africa.
video footage widely circulated on social media shows how Mahamba is caught sitting in the road as a Ford Ranger again & again drives over him, eventually leaving his legs hanging across the terrain with a gushing hole of blood clamping to it for good measure up top and underneath; he died at scene.
On the evening of April 5, 2025, a violent incident in Rivonia Studio brought Mahamba and the Ford Ranger into multiple collisions.
Emerging from his main office on Wednesday morning, Munetsi did not attempt to visit Emmanuel’s family straight away. He explained that he first needs a professional security guard to live with him at this location.
After everything has gone forward again… Munetsi treated himself, bought new furniture and worse clothing with what funds reached home that day.2
The person linked to Mahamba in romance is Ntombi, but she also has a Ugandan as the father of her two children.
I dated Emmanuel for a short period in January, but by February, we were no longer together. He and I were having an affair when some Ugandans filmed us together; I decided that it was not safe any longer. My children are from Uganda, and I wanted to protect them both from Emmanuel
Suddenly I heard a freaking noise outside–some people were fighting. When I went out, I hoped what was Emmanuel doing that little smiley face meant. He just looked at me without saying anything.
With one hand he snatched away a rock which he had been holding (like everyone else); put it down&then picked up another one.Just at that moment my baby daddy lost his temper, went over to him and beat him up
The footage shows Ntombi desperately crying and trying to persuade the drivers of the Ford Ranger.
Describing her feelings about the deceased, Ntombi said she first met Emmanuel at her LS in Rivonia Studio, where he often visited to buy parts for motorcycles.
Right up until the time of their meeting, she was still engaged with her Ugandan man – But things were complicated! Ntombi was living together with her Ugandan partner when she initiated the relationship.
“I felt I had to be with Emmanuel,” she said in a Facebook live session with Munetsi later on.
