Grief has engulfed family, friends and colleagues after photos emerged of a Nairobi teacher who went missing on Valentine’s Day and was later found dead at a city morgue.
Faith Jepkorir, a teacher at Jeffry International School Academy, disappeared on February 14, 2026, sparking an anxious search that would end in heartbreak.
Disappearance on Valentine’s Day
Faith, who worked in Nairobi but hailed from Cheptiret in Uasin Gishu County, was last heard from on Valentine’s Day.
When calls went unanswered and she failed to return home, her family grew concerned and began tracing her whereabouts.
Days of uncertainty turned into devastation when relatives received news that she had allegedly been involved in a fatal accident within Nairobi.
Her body was later moved to Nairobi City Mortuary, where the family identified her.
