Content creator Ruth K has shared a deeply emotional message about how her family has reacted to the recent controversy surrounding a leaked adult photo.
According to Ruth, her father has completely gone silent, cutting off all communication after the photo surfaced. She says she’s tried reaching out but has received no response.
“Dad… I don’t know what’s going through your mind, but I pray you find peace,” she wrote in a heartbreaking online message.
The scandal erupted after her ex-boyfriend and comedian Mulamwah shared a private screenshot online, sparking widespread criticism. He later claimed it was revenge, accusing Ruth of leaking his photos first.
He also said his message was aimed at her father, only to later backtrack, claiming it was just a Bible verse. Ruth, however, released chat evidence between her and her father, where she apologised for the shame caused.
While her father chose silence, Ruth’s mother did the opposite — she stepped in, held her, and prayed.
Ruth posted a touching image of herself kneeling as her mum prayed over her. She described her mother as her pillar of strength, especially during this storm.
“Through it all, my family stood by me. Thank you, Momma, for never turning away from me,” she wrote.
