On the day of her wedding, Nancy Lizeth Rodriguez Guadarrama was caught and given a prison sentence of 11 years and six months for violent robbery in Villa Guerrero, Mexico.
Arrested while in her wedding dress
She was arrested as she was walking to the church. She was held and “hauled before the Public Prosecutor’s Office in her white wedding dress.”
The groom runs away
The man she wanted to marry, Clemente Mendiola Martinez, was able to get away, but he was later found dead in his car with more than 200 bullet holes in him.
It wasn’t a surprise that Rodriguez Guadarrama was involved in illegal operations.
She was found to be a member of the Familia Michoacana crime group and had taken part in a violent theft in March 2022.
Why was she arrested
Based on accounts from the police, she stole money from a person in Tenango del Valle with another woman and two men.
This caused someone to make a complaint with the Public Prosecutor’s Office, which led to her being found, arrested, and investigated.
