My name is Peter Otieno, and I am from Kisumu town in Kenya. For a long time, I struggled in business despite working harder than everyone around me. I tried different ideas, changed locations, adjusted prices, and even attended business trainings. Somehow, every time my business started doing well, something would go wrong. Goods would spoil, customers would disappear, or I would make decisions that led to losses. It felt like I was running in circles.
