My name is Peter Otieno, and I am from Kisumu town in Kenya. For a long time, I struggled in business despite working harder than everyone around me. I tried different ideas, changed locations, adjusted prices, and even attended business trainings. Somehow, every time my business started doing well, something would go wrong. Goods would spoil, customers would disappear, or I would make decisions that led to losses. It felt like I was running in circles. What confused me most was that other people selling the same products were growing steadily, while I kept sinking deeper into debt.
I was disciplined, honest, and committed, yet my efforts produced little fruit. My savings were wiped out several times, and I even borrowed money, hoping to revive the business, only to lose that as well. Many nights, I slept stressed, wondering what I was doing wrong. As time passed, I realised the problem was not ordinary business mistakes. Losses followed me even when logic said I should be making a profit.
