Comedian Flaqo has taken back a Nissan Note worth KSh 650,000 he had gifted to Winnie Keranta.
Kenyan comedian Flaqo has confirmed that he repossessed the Nissan Note he bought for content creator Winnie Keranta on her 22nd birthday.
In an interview with Oga Obinna, Flaqo explained that the car was officially under his name, making it legally his property.
“Ile gari ilikuwa kwa jina yangu, and there was no way I could leave the car behind… The car was a convenient gift to my girlfriend; there is no ex there, one’s ex appears its X,” Flaqo said.
Flaqo clarified that while he took back the Nissan Note, he did not reclaim any other presents he had given Winnie during their relationship.
The revelation has reignited conversations on social media about whether costly gifts should be returned after a breakup or left with the recipient.
