Nairobi Women Rep Esther Passaris elicited mixed reactions from Kenyans after showing off her thigh and suggestively touching her behinds in public.

The Women Rep who was addressing members of the public regarding sexual assault and rape, at one point showed off her thighs and touched her sitting apparatus while attempting to deliver her point.

According to Passaris, women’s dress choice of clothes should not be reason at all for men to sexually assault or rape them.

She stressed that such should not be a reason for men to rape women. She advised men who may be attracted to approach the women in a gentle manner and to avoid to resorting to extreme measures such as sexual assault and rape if rejected.
