Apple has launched a new Creator Studio subscription for creatives. The bundle costs $12.99 monthly or $129 per year
Apple on Tuesday introduced Apple Creator Studio, a new paid package aimed at creators, students, and professionals. The subscription is priced at $12.99 per month or $129 annually, marking another step in Apple’s growing focus on services.
The move comes as the company looks to boost steady income from subscriptions, especially as hardware sales slow in key markets.
The new service brings together several of Apple’s most popular creative apps under one plan. Users will get access to Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, and Pixelmator Pro on both Mac and iPad.
By grouping the tools into one package, Apple is making it easier and more affordable for creators to access professional software.
Apple is adding smart tools powered by artificial intelligence to improve workflow. Final Cut Pro now includes features such as transcript-based search, visual search, and beat detection, designed to speed up video editing.
On the music side, Logic Pro introduces AI tools like Synth Player and Chord ID, helping users create and refine tracks more easily.
For the first time, Pixelmator Pro will be available on iPad. The app will support Apple Pencil, making it more useful for designers and illustrators who prefer touch-based editing.
This move strengthens Apple’s position against other design software commonly used by creatives.
The bundle also enhances Apple’s everyday work apps. Keynote, Pages, and Numbers will receive premium content and new AI-powered features.
In addition, the digital whiteboard app Freeform is set to receive advanced tools in a future update.
Apple’s services division, which includes Apple Music and iCloud, has become a major growth engine for the company. Creator Studio fits into this strategy by offering recurring revenue while serving a fast-growing creator economy.
Apple confirmed that Apple Creator Studio will officially go live on January 28, with subscriptions available through the App Store.
With this launch, Apple is clearly positioning itself as a one-stop platform for creative professionals in video, music, and design.
