Renowned preacher Pastor Victor Kanyari has once again found himself at the centre of public attention after opening up about his family during a recent social media appearance.
In a video shared on TikTok, Kanyari was seen arranging portraits in his office, including images of his late ex-wife Betty Bayo and their two children, Danny and Sky.
He explained that the photos hold deep meaning for him and dismissed claims that he should let go of the past.
Kanyari said many people had questioned why he continues to keep Betty’s portrait visible despite their marriage ending years ago.
According to him, love does not simply disappear, even after separation and loss. He openly professed that he loved Betty deeply and would continue to cherish her memory.
As he spoke, the controversial pastor also revealed details about his children, including a little-known daughter he sired with another woman before meeting Betty. He explained that the child was born around the same time as his firstborn, making her the same age as Sky.
Kanyari noted that he has three children in total and clarified that he has never hidden this fact, although he has kept his third child away from the public eye.
He added that when the time is right, he hopes to introduce her to the limelight and possibly have her live with him, with the consent of her mother.

Betty Bayo, who died on November 10, had remarried Hiram Gitau, popularly known as Tash, after separating from Kanyari in 2015.
Since her death, Kanyari has been pursuing custody of their children, although they are currently living with Tash.
Despite the controversy, Kanyari maintains that his actions are driven by love for his family and a desire to remain present in his children’s lives, even amid grief and public scrutiny.
