Vera proudly shows off her new Range Rover worth KSh18 million
Kenyan socialite Vera Sidika has once again become the talk of the town after unveiling a flashy, brand-new Range Rover worth KSh18 million. The mother of two shared glamorous photos of her luxury ride on social media, stating that the purchase was straight cash—no loans, no deals, just clean money.
“Paid in full. No loans. No hire purchase. Just managing this Rover… they’re shook,” she wrote.
Soon after showing off the SUV, Vera came under fire from critics who claimed the car might be hired, leased, or part of a dealership promotion. She dismissed all the claims, insisting it’s her ride and not a facelifted or recycled model.
“I’m the only celeb in Kenya with a genuine new-shape Range Rover. It’s not a facelift, not hired, and not on loan.”
She even revealed that the money she spent on the photoshoot for the car could buy someone a small car.
Vera took things further, saying that if she lived abroad, she wouldn’t have settled for a Range Rover at all.
“If I lived elsewhere, I wouldn’t even buy a Range Rover. Probably Bentley, Lambo, etc. In Kenya, if I bought a Bentley, it would get people in ICU,” she joked.
While responding to fans during a Q&A, Vera said she plans to use the new car despite her love for flying. She admitted that although she often travels by air, the SUV would now become part of her regular lifestyle.
This latest purchase comes shortly after rumours surfaced online that Vera had gone silent because she was broke. Just days later, she stunned everyone with the multi-million shilling Range Rover, proving she’s still living large.
