The Russian military confirmed that all four crew members on board ejected before the crash. Rescuers have already located three of them, while the search continues for the fourth, who reportedly suffered a broken leg.
Russian Tu-22M3 Bomber Engine Failure Led to Crash
The Tu-22M3 bomber took off from the Belaya airbase, and minutes later, the system detected a left engine failure. Witnesses from the village of Mikhaylovka reported seeing the aircraft burning before crashing near the village entrance.
