Pesa Iko! Former Nominated Senator Millicent Omanga Opens A Multimillion Whisky Hub In Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Former Nominated Senator Millicent Omanga has officially opened a multimillion-shilling Whisky Hub in Dar es Salaam.

The hub, located in Oysterbay, is designed to showcase a wide range of high-end whiskies and other luxury spirits, attracting enthusiasts and connoisseurs from across the region.

During the grand opening, Millicent Omanga took the opportunity to give guests a tour of the facility, highlighting the premium collections and the unique offerings of the Whisky Hub.

She described the launch as a major milestone in her business journey.

“Whiskey Hub Oysterbay Dar es Salaam officially opened its doors. What a grand opening success honored by the presence of H.E. Isaac Njenga,” Omanga captioned on her social media platforms.

The event drew several dignitaries and business personalities, including Isaac Njenga, who attended to show support and celebrate the hub’s launch.

Guests were treated to a showcase of the exclusive collection, creating luxurious and vibrant atmosphere.

The Whisky Hub aims to position itself as a leading destination for premium spirits in East Africa, providing a sophisticated environment for whisky enthusiasts and collectors.

With the grand opening successfully concluded, Omanga and her team are expected to focus on expanding the hub’s brand and establishing it as a premier whisky destination in the region.

Previously, she was a hawker in the streets, of Nairobi dealing bedsheets bought from wholesalers and selling them at a profit.

The politician was inspired to start the business, during her days as a student of Commerce at the University of Nairobi, by the hardship at her home, especially after her father passed on.
