Outspoken lawyer Miguna Miguna has once again ignited controversy online after posting photos that he claims show Nairobi Woman Representative Esther Passaris with a young Congolese man in what he suggested were intimate settings.
In a now-viral post on X (formerly Twitter), Miguna described the man as “handsome and flamboyant” and included multiple images that he alleged were evidence of the affair.
“This handsome Congolese brother sent me many images like these and asked me to relay his warm greetings to our Women Rep. with a cryptic message that ‘Choices have consequences,’” Miguna wrote.
The identity of the Congolese man remains undisclosed, but online users quickly picked up on Miguna’s tone, interpreting it as a jab at Passaris’s public image.
As of now, Esther Passaris has not responded publicly to the allegations. Known for her active presence on social media, her silence has only fueled further speculation.
Passaris is married to Pius Ngugi, a billionaire industrialist with major interests in Kenya’s horticulture and dairy sectors. Despite their long-standing marriage, the two have rarely been seen publicly together, and Ngugi is known for keeping a low profile.
The post has triggered a mix of ridicule, support, and backlash. While some social media users found humour in the “Ben 10” narrative, others criticised Miguna for what they viewed as an invasion of privacy and character assassination.
