Tuesday, the 25th of November, was indeed a special day for former K24 TV Swahili news anchor Milliah Kisienya.
This is because on the day, the voluptuous media personality officially marked one year since she was diagnosed with Invasive stage 4 breast cancer.
Milliah Kisienya therefore used the day to take stock of what has been happening to her since she got the diagnosis, and it was indeed a touching story.
Taking to her instagram account, the talented Swahili news anchor shared a short video clip that basically gave netizens a glimpse of how her journey has been so far.
The video contained photos that showed how Milliah Kisienya had been in and out of hospital as she underwent chemotherapy in order to try and manage the situation.
Milliah Kisienya then accompanied the video with a caption that showed how proud she was of how far she has come, and she praised the Most High for making it possible for her.
“It’s One year already. He surely kept his word.
He maintained his routine of Deuteronomy 31:8. I never lacked. I have never lacked. He has always been there. His presence with me always.
I thank you El Roi…” she said.
