Kenyan crossdresser and content creator Kelvin Kinuthia has stunned his fans after revealing that he is preparing to undergo a uterus transplant. The announcement came through his Instagram account on Monday, September 8, 2025.
“Life is so private; no one knows I’m getting a UTX surgery soon,” Kinuthia told his followers. His revelation quickly triggered heated conversations across social media.
A uterus transplant is a complicated procedure usually offered to women who cannot carry a pregnancy due to uterine infertility. It remains rare and experimental in many parts of the world. Kinuthia did not disclose details about where or when the surgery will take place.
This is not the first time Kinuthia has opened up about major personal changes. In 2024, he revealed he had started laser hair removal to permanently get rid of his beard. At the time, he admitted shaving had become stressful, and barbershops often felt uncomfortable due to judgmental looks.
“Sometimes huwa naloose psyche ya kufanya content because I feel I am looking bad,” he confessed then.
