Unsettling footage of terrible hygienic conditions in a South African store run by foreigners has gone viral on social media.
In the video, people are seen pulling water from an obviously dirty toilet with a tiny line. The water then fills a tank that is designated as delivering “purified water” for the community’s residents.
Many South Africans have expressed disgust and indignation at the video’s flagrant disregard for local communities’ health and cleanliness, which has provoked widespread criticism.
