Elias Musyani is accused of threatening to send someone to Mrs. Mulenga’s residence to rape her, which is why she wants the authorities to punish him.
She is upset because the blogger has threatened her, her spouse, and their little daughter in a number of posts. This is in line with a criminal complaint that the singer’s spouse submitted to the Lusaka Magistrate’s Court against Mr. Musyani.
She wants him to respond to five charges of using electronic means to harass others, which is against section 69 of the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Act of 2021.
Specifics include the fact that Musyani purposefully started an electronic conversation via Facebook posts on April 15 of this year. He is accused of using technology to threaten, harass, and/or emotionally distress Ms. Mulenga. According to the second count, the accused knowingly started electronic contact through Facebook posts between April 14 and March 20 of this year.
The intention behind the posts was to threaten, harass, and/or upset Ms. Mulenga on an emotional level. According to counts three through five, the accused purposefully started electronic communication with Ms. Mulenga between April 13 and March 16 by posting on Facebook with the objective of intimidating, harassing, or upsetting her emotionally.
The blogger, Mr. Musyani, is accused of making threats against the Mulenga family in one of the Facebook posts. He threatened to send his goons to sexually assault the musician’s wife in front of her husband, whom he called “mabonzo”.(thin). He allegedly threatened to kidnap the daughter of the couple as well.
“We know the gym she [Ms. Mulenga] goes to and what time she leaves!!!…she doesn’t even have body guards,” stated one of the posts.
In court records submitted by Nsapato & Co. Advocates, Mrs. Mulenga states that the accused utilized his personal account to post multiple times on his Facebook page between March 1 and April 15, this year.
According to the complainant, the accused “posted on his personal account, Elias Musyani, saying that I am a prostitute and a bad stepmother. He even threatened to rape me and kidnap my daughter,” In her affidavit, the famous wife goes on to say that Mr. Musyani’s posts included threats against her husband and insults directed at her mother and daughter.
She claims that her advocates have informed her that all of the aforementioned posts constitute to hate speech, cyberbullying, and harassment using electronic means because they were created in cyberspace with the intention of intimidating and threatening.
The case was assigned to magistrate Mbuywana Sinvula, who is anticipated to preside over it, after it was filed this week.
As of the time of publication, the court had summoned Mr. Musyani, who had been involved in a verbal phone altercation with the Mulengas, and the extremely outspoken man had apparently been taken into custody.
Kidist Kifle-Mulenga, the well-known artist from Zambia, has brought her husband Yo Maps to court, claiming that the businessman and blogger mistreated her on Facebook.
Mrs. Mulenga wants the authorities to punish Elias Musyani because he is alleged to have threatened to send someone to rape her at her home.
She is angry because the blogger has made several threats against her, her partner, and their young daughter. This is consistent with a criminal complaint against Mr. Musyani that the singer’s husband filed with the Lusaka Magistrate’s Court.
Section 69 of the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Act of 2021 prohibits using electronic methods to harass people, and she wants him to answer to five of these counts.
Details include the fact that on April 15 of this year, Musyani deliberately initiated an online dialogue through Facebook posts.
He is charged with threatening, harassing, and/or causing emotional distress to Ms. Mulenga via the use of technology.
The second count states that between April 14 and March 20 of this year, the accused intentionally initiated electronic contact through Facebook posts.
The posts’ purpose was to emotionally threaten, harass, and/or agitate Ms. Mulenga.
Counts three through five allege that the accused posted on Facebook between April 13 and March 16 with the intent of intimidating, harassing, or disturbing Ms. Mulenga emotionally. This was a deliberate attempt to initiate electronic communication with her.
In one of the Facebook posts, the blogger, Mr. Musyani, is accused of threatening the Mulenga family. He called the musician’s wife “mabonzo” and threatened to send his men to sexually attack her in front of her husband.(slim). He was accused of threatening to abduct the couple’s daughter as well.

According to court documents filed by Nsapato & Co. Advocates, Mrs. Mulenga claims that between March 1 and April 15, this year, the accused posted on his Facebook page several times using his personal account.
The complainant claims that the accused “Elias Musyani wrote on his personal account that I am a prostitute and a horrible stepmother. He even made threats to abduct my daughter and rape me.” The well-known wife continues in her affidavit that Mr. Musyani insulted her mother and daughter and made threats against her husband in his writings.
She says her advocates have told her that because all of the aforementioned posts were made in cyberspace with the goal to intimidate and threaten, they are all examples of hate speech, cyberbullying, and electronic harassment.
The case was filed this week and was assigned to magistrate Mbuywana Sinvula, who is expected to preside over it.
At the time of publication, Mr. Musyani had been called by the court after engaging in a heated phone argument with the Mulengas, and the highly vocal man had seemingly been placed under arrest.
