Meghan Markle recently talked about how difficult Mother’s Day was, particularly without Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.
The Daily Mail reported that the admissions were made by the Duchess of Sussex while she was visiting Lagos State Government House.
A handcrafted Nigerian cloth was provided to her at the naming ceremony, and she even went so far as to refer to being in the “Motherland” as appropriate, considering that it was US Mothers Day at the time.
In case you missed it, Meghan Markle disclosed during her own Archetypes podcast episode that she is 43% Nigerian.
There, she talked about how it feels and mentioned how terrible it makes her feel to be far from her own kids at such a time.
She was cited as remarking, “Today is Mother’s Day (in America)” while emphasizing everything.
Therefore, it feels quite right to be in the country and with relatives, even though we are obviously missing our kids and I am missing my infants.”Thank you so much for the kindness and for these beautiful names, I’m very grateful,” she said as her final note at the time. I am eager to return.
